\u00a0<\/b>I. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The Organizer of the Festival is <\/span>BALVIA Association<\/b>, with its registered office in Timi\u0219oara, 2 Stejarul Street, Room 4, Timi\u0219oara, Timi\u0219 County, Romania, 300569, registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations of the Timi\u0219oara District Court under no. 165\/19.12.2019, Tax Identification Number (CUI) 42218770.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The Organizer collaborates with local, national and international partners and suppliers in order to ensure the proper organization and operation of the Festival. The complete list of partners and suppliers may be published or periodically updated on the Festival\u2019s official platforms.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. These Rules\/Terms and Conditions (the \u201cRules\u201d) apply to all:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    • users of the official website, www.codrufestival.ro, from the moment they access or browse the website;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • purchasers of tickets and products associated with the Festival;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Festival Participants, from the moment they purchase a ticket until the end of the Event;<\/span><\/li>\n
    • contractual partners, service providers and volunteers operating within the Festival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n
      1. The location where the Festival takes place is part of Romania\u2019s <\/span>National Forest Fund (Fondul Forestier Na\u021bional-FFN)<\/b> and is therefore subject to the legal regime established by the Forestry Code, Law no. 331\/2024, published in the Official Gazette no. 7 of 9 January 2025, as well as to other applicable regulations concerning environmental protection, biodiversity and the national forest fund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        4.1. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Festival, each Participant declares that they:<\/b><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • have read, understood and fully accept these Rules, as well as the Privacy Policy published on the official website;<\/span><\/li>\n
        • are aware of and comply with the legal provisions applicable to land forming part of the National Forest Fund and the corresponding obligations;<\/span><\/li>\n
        • participate at their own risk, fully assuming the inherent risks associated with a large-scale event held in a forest environment;<\/span><\/li>\n
        • are personally liable for any damage caused to the forest fund, environment, flora, fauna, infrastructure or other Participants and release the Organizer from any liability towards third parties or public authorities for their own actions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          1. These Rules establish the mandatory rules applicable to Participants, as well as their rights and obligations in relation to the Organizer and other Participants.<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. These Rules are valid for an indefinite period. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizer has the right to unilaterally amend the provisions of these Rules without prior notice. Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Festival\u2019s official website and\/or at the access points. The Organizer specifies that the Rules may also be amended after a ticket has been purchased and even immediately before or during the Festival. Participants are advised to periodically check for updates to the Rules.<\/span><\/li>\n
          3. All Participants are subject to a security\/body check upon entering the Festival in order to ensure the safety conditions required for the Event. Refusal to undergo such a check shall result in denial of access to the Festival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

             <\/p>\n

            II. DEFINITIONS<\/b><\/h2>\n
              \n
            1. RFID Wristband (Radio Frequency Identification)<\/b> \u2013 the physical item constituting the sole method for collecting\/making payments for goods sold\/purchased within the Event Venue, operating as a multi-purpose voucher (MPV) in accordance with applicable European Union and Romanian legislation.<\/span><\/li>\n
            2. RFID Wristband Top-Up<\/b> \u2013 the process whereby Event Participants load the payment instrument \u201cmoney\u201d onto the payment instrument \u201cRFID Wristband\u201d, which can then be used to purchase products sold within the Event.<\/span><\/li>\n
            3. RFID Wristband Refund<\/b> \u2013 the reverse process of the \u201cRFID Wristband Top-Up\u201d, whereby Participants withdraw the remaining unspent amounts from the RFID Wristband and receive them back as money. The RFID Wristband Refund process requires that an RFID Wristband Top-Up has previously taken place.<\/span><\/li>\n
            4. RFID Wristband Reader<\/b> \u2013 the device or instrument used to manage the collection\/payment of products sold\/purchased.<\/span><\/li>\n
            5. Festival Grounds<\/b> \u2013 the area of the former Timi\u0219oara Zoo (P\u0103durea VERDE \/ Green Forest), Timi\u0219 County, and its surroundings, where Participants holding a valid ticket to CODRU Festival 2026 are permitted access, within the perimeter established by the Organizer.<\/span><\/li>\n
            6. Indoor Area<\/b> \u2013 any space that has a roof, ceiling or overhead covering and is enclosed by at least two walls, irrespective of their nature or whether they are temporary or permanent.<\/span><\/li>\n
            7. Outdoor Area<\/b> \u2013 any other space that is not considered an Indoor Area.<\/span><\/li>\n
            8. Product<\/b> \u2013 any ticket, pass, invitation, package, add-on or related service made available by the Organizer or through authorized contractual partners.<\/span><\/li>\n
            9. Add-on<\/b> \u2013 an additional service purchased together with or separately from a ticket.<\/span><\/li>\n
            10. Contractual Partner<\/b> \u2013 any legal entity authorized by the Organizer to sell Products, provide services or ensure the logistical infrastructure of the Festival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

               <\/p>\n

              III. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED ITEMS<\/b><\/h2>\n

              1. Items that MAY be brought onto the Festival Grounds:<\/b><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • backpacks, rucksacks or waist bags with maximum dimensions of <\/span>29 cm \u00d7 21 cm \u00d7 12 cm<\/b>;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • one 0.5-litre bottle of water, in a sealed container;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • compact cameras, GoPro cameras and non-professional video cameras without interchangeable lenses;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • small selfie sticks made from lightweight materials;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • portable power banks or microphones;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • medicines in reasonable quantities, strictly for personal use, accompanied by a medical prescription where applicable. Insulin or other injectable treatments require medical documentation and prior notification;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • standard cosmetic products such as lipstick, lip balm, non-flammable perfume\/deodorant in containers under 50 ml and sunscreen;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • baby bottles and products necessary for childcare;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • lighters;<\/span><\/li>\n
              • hand sanitizer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                1.1. Pets<\/b><\/h3>\n

                Pets are permitted within the Festival perimeter only subject to strict compliance with the following conditions:<\/span><\/p>\n

                Animals must be kept on a leash at all times, and medium and large breeds must also wear a muzzle.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Owners must carry an up-to-date veterinary health record, including a valid rabies vaccination, and assume full responsibility for the supervision and behavior of their animal and for any damage caused by the animal to other Participants, property, the forest fund, flora or fauna in the area.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Aggressive or sick animals, animals in heat or animals accompanied by unweaned offspring are not permitted.<\/span><\/p>\n

                The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or restrict access or to immediately remove the animal and\/or its owner if the animal displays aggressive or disruptive behavior or otherwise poses a risk to public safety or environmental protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

                2. Items that MAY NOT be brought onto the Festival Grounds:<\/b><\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • drugs, psychoactive substances, substances prohibited by law or related accessories;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • alcohol, food or beverages of any kind, including beverage cans, canned food or containers containing liquids;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • weapons, ammunition, explosive objects, knives, pocket knives, blades, blunt objects or any other objects with a sharp point or edge, as well as any object that could be used as a weapon;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • glass bottles or containers, flammable\/corrosive sprays or containers containing toxic, harmful or unidentified substances;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • flammable cosmetic products, with the exception of sunscreen;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • entire boxes of medicines, bottles, syrups, syringes, IV equipment or injectable solutions, except insulin or medically justified treatments supported by documentation;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • bicycles, scooters, hoverboards, Segways and skateboards;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • umbrellas of any kind; raincoats\/ponchos are recommended in case of rain;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • gazebos, tents, hammocks, garden furniture, folding chairs or other bulky objects;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • torches, smoke devices, fireworks, lasers, laser pointers, pyrotechnic items or other flammable\/explosive materials;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • banners or flags supported by poles or rigid structures;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • chains or objects with chains attached, including wallets or clothing;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • speakers, amplifiers, megaphones, vuvuzelas, musical instruments or any electronic, mechanical or manual sound-producing device;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • flashlights, cooling systems or similar electrical equipment;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • professional photographic or video equipment, including DSLR cameras and cameras with interchangeable lenses, without official accreditation;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • drones or any remotely controlled flying devices without official accreditation;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • graffiti materials, stickers or advertising materials such as flyers or banners without the Organizer\u2019s approval;<\/span><\/li>\n
                • offensive, racist or xenophobic materials, materials promoting sexual, religious or political discrimination, or other propaganda messages or objects prohibited by law.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  2.1.<\/b><\/h3>\n

                  This list is not exhaustive. The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit access to the Festival with any object which, at its discretion, could endanger the safety of other Participants or pose a risk to the safe operation of the Event.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  The Organizer may take appropriate measures, including denying access to the Festival, where a Participant fails to comply with these restrictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                   <\/p>\n

                  IV. TICKET CATEGORIES<\/b><\/h2>\n

                  1. Ticket Categories. Purchase.<\/b><\/h3>\n

                  1.1.<\/b> Tickets may be purchased exclusively online via the official CODRU Festival website or through authorized ticketing partners, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VI.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1.2.<\/b> The Organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices without prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1.3.<\/b> Participants may choose from several types of tickets and ticket benefits, including:<\/span><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • General Access Pass<\/b> \u2013 valid throughout the entire Festival;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • Under25 Pass<\/b> \u2013 valid throughout the entire Festival for persons under the age of 25, including persons who have already turned 25;<\/span><\/li>\n
                  • One Day Ticket<\/b> \u2013 valid for one entry\/day only, on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    1.4.<\/b> The benefits associated with each pass can be consulted on the official CODRU Festival ticketing platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    2. Festival Opening Hours<\/b><\/h3>\n

                    Access to the Festival Grounds begins on <\/span>28 August 2026 at 16:00<\/b>. Participants holding a valid Festival pass will have access until <\/span>31 August 2026 at 04:00<\/b>, according to the following schedule:<\/span><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • Friday, 28 August 2026, 16:00 – Saturday, 29 August 2026, 05:00;<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Saturday, 29 August 2026, 16:00 – Sunday, 30 August 2026, 05:00;<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • Sunday, 30 August 2026, 16:00 – Monday, 31 August 2026, 05:00.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      3. Children<\/b><\/h3>\n

                      Children up to and including the age of <\/span>12<\/b> have free access throughout the Festival, provided that they are accompanied by a parent\/legal guardian holding a valid ticket\/pass.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      4. Persons with Disabilities<\/b><\/h3>\n

                      The Organizer offers free General Access tickets to persons with disabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      Eligible persons must send an email to <\/span>office@codrufestival.ro<\/b>, together with the relevant supporting documents, no later than <\/span>28 August 2026<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      The Organizer also allows the beneficiary\u2019s personal assistant to request a free pass where the relevant disability certificate expressly confirms the need for a personal assistant.<\/span><\/p>\n

                      Free tickets are available for:<\/span><\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • severe or significant physical disabilities;<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • severe or significant hearing disabilities;<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • severe visual disabilities;<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • severe or significant neuromotor disabilities where the condition affects mobility to a degree comparable to a physical disability;<\/span><\/li>\n
                      • severe or significant deafblindness.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        4.1.<\/b><\/h3>\n

                        To benefit from this facility, interested persons must follow the applicable procedure and submit the required documentation.<\/span><\/p>\n

                         <\/p>\n

                        V. PURCHASE OF TICKETS<\/b><\/h2>\n
                          \n
                        1. Tickets and associated Products may be purchased exclusively online through the official CODRU Festival website or through the Organizer\u2019s authorized contractual partners. Payment shall be made exclusively by card, and the ticket shall only be issued after the payment processor confirms the transaction. The Participant will subsequently receive the electronic ticket at the email address provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        2. Tickets purchased from authorized partners are subject to those partners\u2019 own terms and conditions. Such partners may charge processing fees or other charges which are non-refundable in all circumstances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          The Organizer guarantees the validity only of tickets purchased directly from CODRU Festival or its authorized partners. Tickets obtained from other sources may be declared invalid without any obligation on the Organizer to compensate the persons concerned.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            \n
                          1. Publishing, transmitting or distributing unique ticket numbers, access codes or redeem codes on social media, online platforms or through similar means is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply shall automatically result in the invalidation of the ticket and denial of access to the Festival without refund.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel and invalidate any ticket, invitation, associated Product or wristband suspected of being counterfeit, forged or sold without authorization and may notify the competent criminal investigation authorities.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          3. Purchased tickets cannot be replaced and their price cannot be refunded except in situations expressly provided for through the official Exchange Platform.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          4. Tickets and associated Products may be used exclusively for personal purposes. Their use for commercial purposes, including promotional campaigns, competitions, advertising or promotion of services\/products, is permitted only with the Organizer\u2019s prior express written consent.<\/span><\/li>\n
                          5. The resale, distribution or transfer of tickets\/wristbands for commercial purposes without the Organizer\u2019s authorization is strictly prohibited and shall result in their cancellation without refund and may also result in civil or criminal liability.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                             <\/p>\n

                            VI. ACCESS TO THE FESTIVAL<\/b><\/h2>\n
                              \n
                            1. Check-in obligation.<\/b> In order to access the Festival Grounds, the holder of a valid ticket must complete the check-in procedure. Ticket holders may also complete check-in on-site.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              2. On-site Check-in<\/b><\/h3>\n

                              2.1.<\/b> On-site check-in shall be carried out by the Organizer\u2019s Contractual Partners using their own infrastructure and personnel.<\/span><\/p>\n

                              2.1.1. On-site check-in is available:<\/b><\/p>\n

                                \n
                              • Friday, 28.08.2026, between 16:00 and 03:00;<\/span><\/li>\n
                              • Saturday, 29.08.2026, between 16:00 and 03:00;<\/span><\/li>\n
                              • Sunday, 30.08.2026, between 16:00 and 03:00.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                2.2.<\/b> Access to the Festival is granted based on the Festival wristband until 03:00.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                2.3.<\/b> Identity documents (ID card\/passport) will be checked only to the extent necessary. The following information may be collected: first name, surname, gender, country\/location of origin, date of birth, nationality and the photograph appearing on the identity document.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                Sensitive identification information such as the Romanian Personal Numerical Code (CNP), document series and document number will not be collected.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                  \n
                                1. Access to the Festival shall only be permitted from the dates and times specified by the Organizer.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                2. All Participants will be checked at the entrance to ensure compliance with the Rules. Refusal to undergo the check may result in denial of access.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                3. Access is permitted exclusively based on a wristband provided by the Organizer at the entrance or at official ticket exchange points in exchange for a valid ticket\/free ticket.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  The intact wristband must be worn on the wrist and is required for access. The Organizer may check wristbands at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                  Maintaining the integrity of the wristband is the Participant\u2019s responsibility. Lost, damaged or destroyed wristbands will not be replaced.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                    \n
                                  1. Any defect in the wristband must be reported immediately upon receipt; otherwise, the Organizer shall not be held liable.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  2. Entry and exit are permitted only through specially designated areas and require wristband validation. Failure to follow this procedure may make re-entry impossible.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                  3. All Participants must carry a valid identity document.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                    Items that do not comply with these Rules will be confiscated and will not be returned.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                      \n
                                    1. Participants may take prohibited items outside the Festival perimeter or dispose of them in designated waste bins. This does not apply to illegal items or items unlawfully possessed.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                    2. If illegal items, such as drugs or narcotics, or unlawfully possessed items, such as weapons held without the necessary permit, are discovered, the competent authorities will be notified.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      Persons carrying weapons are prohibited from entering the Festival even where the weapon is otherwise legally possessed. Discovery of such items within the Festival shall result in immediate removal.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                        \n
                                      1. Minors under the age of <\/span>16<\/b> may enter only when accompanied by a parent\/legal guardian, with a maximum of three minors per parent\/guardian. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access where there are reasonable doubts regarding the authenticity of the documents presented.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                      2. Persons between <\/span>16 and 18 years of age<\/b> may enter only on the basis of a declaration signed by their parents\/legal representatives, available on the official CODRU Festival website.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                        The Organizer assumes no responsibility for verifying signatures or the manner in which such declarations were signed. Responsibility rests with the persons presenting the declarations.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                          \n
                                        1. Minors will receive special wristbands. They are not permitted to access areas involving promotional activities related to alcohol or tobacco and may not purchase such products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                          The Organizer shall not be liable for incidents involving minors; responsibility lies with the minors and\/or their parents\/legal guardians.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                            \n
                                          1. Bringing psychotropic or narcotic substances into the Festival, including medicines containing such substances, is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                            Prescription medicines are exempt where the Participant carries the relevant prescription. Participants are advised not to bring more medication than necessary. Where there are reasonable grounds for suspicion, the Organizer may notify the competent authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                              \n
                                            1. The Organizer does not guarantee the duration of the access procedure. Participants are advised to arrive several hours before the concert they wish to attend.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                            2. The Organizer does not guarantee entry at a particular time or timely attendance at a particular concert and does not provide refunds, discounts, vouchers or compensation in such circumstances.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                            3. The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of parking spaces.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                               <\/p>\n

                                              VII. CONDUCT OF THE EVENT<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                \n
                                              1. Acceptance of the Rules.<\/b> Upon entering the Festival, the Participant confirms that they have read and understood these Rules, which will be displayed in a visible location, and agrees to comply with them.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                              2. Prohibited items.<\/b> Bringing products included on the prohibited-items list into the Festival is forbidden. Violation may result in denial of access.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                              3. Participation at own risk.<\/b> Participation in the Festival is at the Participant\u2019s own risk.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                Persons with conditions for which crowded environments, loud noises or special sound, visual or audio effects pose a risk assume full responsibility for their participation.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                Note:<\/b> Performances may include intense lighting effects and fireworks. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for the risks associated with such effects, responsibility resting with the operators of the relevant equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                  \n
                                                1. Play and entertainment areas.<\/b> Participants must be in an appropriate physical and mental condition to use the relevant installations.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                2. Vehicle access.<\/b> Access by car to the Festival area is prohibited without a valid car pass. Participants are encouraged to use public transport, bicycles or other alternative forms of transport.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                3. Concert schedule.<\/b> The Organizer communicates performance times. The schedule may be changed without prior notice and without any obligation to provide compensation.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                4. Extreme weather conditions.<\/b> In the event of extreme weather, including heavy rain, hail, thunder or lightning, exits may become congested.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                  Participants must follow the instructions of the access and security teams. Public transport capacity may be insufficient and parking areas may become inaccessible.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                  The Organizer may postpone, suspend or cancel the Festival, in whole or in part, without prior notice and without compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                  Note:<\/b> In adverse weather conditions, including storms or strong winds, the Organizer reserves the right to temporarily or permanently interrupt the Event without any obligation to provide compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                  Participants must comply with instructions issued by the competent authorities. By participating, they accept the relevant risks and waive any claims against the Organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                    \n
                                                  1. Public transport.<\/b> The Organizer informs Participants that public transport is not provided by the Organizer and the Organizer is not responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused by transport operators.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                    Availability at the desired time is not guaranteed. Refunds, discounts, vouchers or compensation related to such situations are excluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                      \n
                                                    1. Ticket transfers<\/b> are permitted only through official platforms and the Organizer\u2019s authorized partners and may be subject to a transfer fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                      The Organizer is not responsible for errors made when entering transfer information and will not replace tickets lost as a result of errors made by the purchaser.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                      VIII. RULES OF CONDUCT<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                        \n
                                                      1. All Participants must comply with applicable laws and these Rules. Any activity that endangers the safety or rights of others is prohibited. The Organizer may seek compensation for violations.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                      2. Drug trafficking and drug use are illegal and strictly prohibited. Persons found engaging in such activities will be removed from the Festival and their wristbands confiscated.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                      3. Participants are required to protect the environment and the P\u0103durea Verde \/ Green Forest area.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                      4. The Organizer, its partners and accredited media may make video and photographic recordings of the Event, including images of Participants.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                        By attending the Festival, Participants consent to the use of such materials for promotional purposes without any financial claims. The Festival may also be filmed using drones.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                          \n
                                                        1. Participants may film and take photographs only for personal purposes, without infringing the image rights of others and without any commercial purpose.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                          The Organizer may restrict filming or photography during certain activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                          The use of drones or professional filming equipment by unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the Festival and potential civil liability.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                            \n
                                                          1. Any commercial or advertising activity, whether online or offline, is prohibited without the Organizer\u2019s written approval.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                          2. Serving or providing alcoholic beverages to minors, as well as the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, is prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                          3. If unaccompanied minors under the age of 16 are identified, the Organizer will notify the competent authorities.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                          4. The use of fire and flammable materials is prohibited throughout the Festival perimeter and in its immediate vicinity.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                          5. Failure to comply with these Rules, instructions issued by security personnel or applicable laws shall result in removal from the Festival without refund of the ticket price and without any right to compensation.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                          6. Organizing or participating in demonstrations, protests, political, religious, trade union or other campaigns within the Festival perimeter without the written approval of the Organizer and\/or the competent authorities is strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                            Failure to comply shall result in immediate removal from the Festival without a ticket refund and may result in civil or criminal liability, as applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                              \n
                                                            1. Participants may use images captured during the Festival exclusively for personal purposes. Commercial use is prohibited without the Organizer\u2019s written approval.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                            2. Unauthorized use of the name <\/span>\u201cCODRU Festival\u201d<\/b>, its logo, promotional materials, recordings or any other intellectual property belonging to the Organizer may result in civil and, where applicable, criminal liability.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                              IX. LOST & FOUND<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                \n
                                                              1. Found items must be handed over to the <\/span>Lost & Found<\/b> point indicated on the official Festival map.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                The Organizer will retain such items for a maximum of <\/span>10 days<\/b> and will make reasonable efforts to contact their owners.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                  \n
                                                                1. If the owner cannot be identified or does not collect the item within the applicable period, the items will be handed over to the competent authorities.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                2. For perishable items, the 10-day period may be reduced. The Organizer shall not be liable for deterioration or loss in such circumstances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                   <\/p>\n

                                                                  X. SECURITY AND FIRST AID<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                    \n
                                                                  1. Security services are provided by a qualified and accredited partner. Participants must comply with the instructions of security personnel.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                  2. In the event of violence or conduct that endangers the physical integrity of others, security personnel may decide to remove the persons involved from the Festival premises.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                  3. Clearly marked first-aid areas are available throughout the Festival Grounds and are indicated on the official map. Qualified personnel will operate within these areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                     <\/p>\n

                                                                    XI. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS WITHIN THE FESTIVAL<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                      \n
                                                                    1. The only permitted payment methods are those made available by the Organizer and its partners. As a general rule, payments are made using the <\/span>RFID Wristband<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                    2. The wristband may be topped up on-site using cash or card at designated top-up points. Only multiples of 1 RON may be loaded.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                    3. Top-up points will be clearly marked. Funds loaded onto the wristband may be used to purchase products and services within the Festival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                      4. Refund of unspent amounts<\/b><\/h3>\n

                                                                      At the top-up points, the entire remaining balance on the wristband may be refunded.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                      For cash top-ups, refunds may be requested on each day of the Festival and until <\/span>Monday, 31 August 2026, between 14:00 and 20:00<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                        \n
                                                                      1. Any amounts remaining unclaimed after the applicable deadline shall become the property of the Organizer.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                      2. During the Festival, products and services offered by bars and the food court are available exclusively in designated areas and may be purchased only using the RFID Wristband.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                        All vendors accept payments exclusively through the RFID Wristband.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                          \n
                                                                        1. A one-time fee of <\/span>5 RON<\/b> is charged for activation of the RFID Wristband.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                           <\/p>\n

                                                                          XII. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                            \n
                                                                          1. The Organizer guarantees access to the Festival and use of the services provided exclusively to Participants holding a valid ticket and complying with these Rules.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                          2. The Festival may be modified, suspended or cancelled, in whole or in part, at the Organizer\u2019s discretion, in any circumstances that make the normal organization of the Event impossible or significantly affect it.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                            Such circumstances include, without limitation: adverse or extreme weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms, lightning, strong winds, hail, heatwaves or very low temperatures; force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances within the meaning of Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code, including war, riots, terrorist attacks, demonstrations, embargoes, fires, earthquakes, floods, epidemics or pandemics, utility interruptions, major technical failures, administrative measures or legal restrictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                              \n
                                                                            1. In ordinary weather conditions associated with outdoor events, including light rain, moderate wind or temperature variations, the Festival will not be rescheduled and Participants shall not be entitled to refunds or compensation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                              In cases of extreme weather, force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, neither the Organizer nor the Participants shall be bound by their respective obligations, and Participants expressly waive any claims for damages, refunds or discounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                              Any refund of ticket prices may be decided exclusively by the Organizer in accordance with a procedure established by the Organizer.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                              Ticketing fees are non-refundable.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                \n
                                                                              1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any material, moral, bodily, financial or non-financial damage, whether direct or indirect, suffered by Participants or third parties as a result of the Festival, access to the Festival or use of its infrastructure, except where it is proven that such damage resulted exclusively from the Organizer\u2019s intentional conduct or gross negligence.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                Damage caused by weather conditions, natural phenomena, technical failures, power outages, infrastructure deficiencies or other circumstances beyond the Organizer\u2019s control is expressly excluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                  \n
                                                                                1. The Organizer shall not be liable for damage caused by the conduct of Participants or third parties, incidents occurring outside the Festival perimeter or improper use of the services and facilities provided.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                2. Once the access wristband has been received, maintaining its integrity becomes the Participant\u2019s sole responsibility. Loss, destruction, damage or theft of the wristband does not entitle the Participant to replacement, refund or compensation.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                3. Each Participant is personally and directly liable for any damage caused to the Organizer, partners, other Participants or third parties, including damage to the environment or property, through their own actions or omissions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                  The Organizer is entitled to recover such damages in full, including through legal proceedings.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                    \n
                                                                                  1. Participation in the Festival is at the Participant\u2019s own risk, and Participants declare that they are physically and mentally fit to participate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                    The Organizer shall not be liable for the effects of exposure to loud noise, strobe lighting, lasers, pyrotechnic effects, smoke or other elements typical of large-scale events.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                    Persons with medical conditions, including epilepsy, heart conditions or hearing disorders, are responsible for taking all necessary measures to avoid exposure to relevant risks.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                      \n
                                                                                    1. Participants must comply with all rules and measures imposed by the competent authorities, including DSP, ISU, Police, Gendarmerie or other institutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                      The Organizer shall not be liable for restrictions or inconvenience resulting from such measures and may remove Participants who refuse to comply.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                        \n
                                                                                      1. The Organizer shall not be liable for power outages, sound or lighting failures, infrastructure failures, delays, schedule changes or artist cancellations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                        Such situations do not entitle Participants to compensation or refunds unless the Organizer unilaterally decides to provide compensation.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                          \n
                                                                                        1. The Organizer reserves the right to deny access or immediately remove any Participant who breaches these Rules or applicable laws, without prior notice and without refunding the ticket price.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                        2. The Festival\u2019s official website is provided <\/span>\u201cas is\u201d<\/b>, without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                          The Organizer reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the website at any time without prior notice and without users being entitled to make any claims.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                           <\/p>\n

                                                                                          XIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                                            \n
                                                                                          1. The Organizer owns all intellectual property rights relating to trade names, logos, email addresses, domain names\/URLs, signs used in correspondence, databases, graphic elements, business cards and other materials, signs, trademarks, as well as all materials, texts and information, whether registered or unregistered, appearing on the official CODRU Festival website or other online channels\/platforms related to CODRU Festival.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                            These elements may not be used, transferred, assigned, modified or distributed without the Organizer\u2019s written approval.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                              \n
                                                                                            1. The Organizer also owns the relevant rights in works created by collaborators\/employees within the context of the Festival, including photographs, video recordings, texts and graphic elements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                               <\/p>\n

                                                                                              XIV. DISPUTES. APPLICABLE LAW<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                                                \n
                                                                                              1. All disputes relating to these Rules\/this agreement shall first be resolved amicably.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                              2. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably and the Parties continue to hold differing positions, the dispute shall be settled by the competent Romanian courts.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                              3. These Rules and any related disputes shall be governed by <\/span>Romanian law<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                 <\/p>\n

                                                                                                XV. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                                                  \n
                                                                                                1. The Organizer processes participants’ personal data, including first name, surname, gender, country of origin, date of birth, nationality and the photograph appearing on their identity document, strictly for the purposes of access verification and security.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                  Processing shall be carried out in accordance with <\/span>Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 \u2013 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/b><\/p>\n

                                                                                                    \n
                                                                                                  1. The Festival perimeter is also subject to video surveillance, including fixed cameras, mobile cameras and drones, exclusively for security purposes and the prevention of incidents.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                    By entering the Festival, participants acknowledge and accept that they may be recorded and that such recordings may be made available to the competent authorities in the event of an incident.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                                    Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR), with due regard to Participants\u2019 rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                                      \n
                                                                                                    1. Participants have the right to access, rectify or erase their data, restrict its processing and object to processing. These rights may be exercised by submitting a request to <\/span>office@codrufestival.ro<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                                    2. By participating in the Festival, Participants expressly, freely and irrevocably consent to their <\/span>image, voice and name being captured, used and distributed by the Organizer and its partners for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes<\/b>, without any present or future financial claims.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                      XVI. UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES AND FORCE MAJEURE<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                                                        \n
                                                                                                      1. The Festival may be modified, suspended or cancelled, in whole or in part, due to force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, fires, earthquakes, floods, wars, terrorist acts, epidemics or pandemics, administrative measures or legal restrictions.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                                      2. In such circumstances, Participants expressly waive any claim for reimbursement of the ticket price or compensation, unless the Organizer, at its sole discretion, establishes a procedure for partial or full reimbursement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                         <\/p>\n

                                                                                                        XVII. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/b><\/h2>\n
                                                                                                          \n
                                                                                                        1. These Rules, constituting the agreement between the consumer and the Organizer, may be assigned by the Organizer without requiring the customer\u2019s consent.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                                        2. Chapter titles and subtitles are provided for reference purposes only and shall not be taken into account when interpreting these Rules.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                                        3. If any provision is declared null, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to have full effect.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                          The provision declared null, invalid or unenforceable shall be replaced by a new provision that reflects the Organizer\u2019s intention as closely as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                                            \n
                                                                                                          1. Participation in the Festival is exclusively at each Participant\u2019s own risk. Each Participant declares that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Event and accepts all risks inherent in attending a large-scale outdoor event.<\/span><\/li>\n
                                                                                                          2. Participants are responsible for their own health.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                            The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of specific medical equipment or the capacity for immediate intervention in all situations and shall not be liable for delayed or insufficient medical services provided by third parties within the Festival, except where otherwise required by law.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                                              \n
                                                                                                            1. Participants must comply with all instructions issued by security personnel, firefighters, police officers or other authorities present within the Festival perimeter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                                                                              The Organizer shall not be liable for public order and safety measures imposed by the authorities or for the consequences of such measures.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                                                                                                \n
                                                                                                              1. The Organizer shall not be liable for services, products or activities provided by commercial partners operating within the Festival, including, for example, the food court, bars, commercial areas, transport or accommodation. Responsibility for such services, products and activities rests exclusively with the respective partners.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
